We refurbish Rotors, Drive Shafts, Shaft Quills.
Refurbishing includes the following:

  1. Carefully strip all original chrome.

  2. Inspect and weld any undercut areas.

  3. Replace drive head if necessary (at no additional cost).

  4. Precision grind to pre-chrome specifications.

  5. Surface treat in insure perfect chrome to metal bond.

  6. Hard chrome plate rotor, normally .020" - .030"   (.030" - .080" upon special request).

  7. Contour polish rotor surface for uniform radius seal.
